BOS stands for "Balance Of System". Most of the time it includes all the components of the PV system except the modules (mounting systems, inverters, cables, fuses, disconnecting devices, weather sensors, monitoring sensors...). When we calculate the cost of the BOS, we include the cost of all these components but also the cost of the land, the building permit, the labour, the construction, the commercial taxes...
