The short circuit current is approximately proportional to the radiation. Moreover, it depends on the size and the type of the cell. The bigger the cell, the bigger the current. Cells out of monocrystalline have a slightly higher open circuit current than polycrystalline cells. The current of amorphe thin film cells is even lower.
